Wondering about a size, a material, or whether a particular piece of gear will suit your dog? Write or call before you buy. The answer comes from someone who uses this gear on the training field.

How to reach us

Emails sent on a working day before 16:00 get an answer the same day. Evening and weekend messages are answered the next working morning.

What helps us find the right size

You do not need every measurement before you write - we will talk you through what to measure and how. If you already have the numbers, send them along:

  • Prong collar, collar, chain collar: neck circumference measured just behind the ears, at the narrowest point, plus your dog's weight.
  • Basket muzzle: three measurements - the length of the snout, the width of the snout and the height of the snout. Our muzzle sizing guide shows how to take them.
  • Food and treats: weight, age and activity level, plus any allergies.
  • IGP gear: the training stage, and whether the item is for the dog or for the helper. IGP is a dog sport for working breeds combining tracking, obedience and protection work.
