Have a question about availability, materials, delivery or returns? Write or call before you buy. The answer comes from someone who uses this gear on the training field.

How to reach us

Finding the right size

For a Chopo basket muzzle, our sizing tool takes about a minute: you enter three snout measurements and it names the model and the size. For a Herman Sprenger prong collar, our sizing guide walks you through it step by step.

Would you rather we did the choosing for your dog? A fitting consultation costs 49 zł. We look at your measurements and photos of your dog and name one model in one size, with the reasoning behind it. The recommendation comes back within 1 working day of receiving everything, and up to 30 zł of that price returns to you as a discount code for the recommended gear.

What we help with free of charge

  • Food and treats: weight, age and activity level, plus any allergies.
  • IGP gear: the training stage, and whether the item is for the dog or for the helper. IGP is a dog sport for working breeds combining tracking, obedience and protection work.

Asking about a specific product? Add its name and variant from the shop, and stock can be checked straight away.
