Returns policy - Legion of Dogs
1. Right to withdraw from the contract
1.1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason.
1.2. This right also applies to entrepreneurs running a sole proprietorship, if the purchase is not of a professional character for them and they exercise so-called "consumer rights".
1.3. In other cases (a business purchase of a professional character) the right of withdrawal does not apply.
1.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should send notice by email to: info@legionofdogs.pl, quoting the order number and contact details.
2. Return conditions and product condition
2.1. For the customer to receive a full refund, the returned product should be in unchanged condition, unless a change was necessary within the bounds of ordinary handling (e.g. trying it on). The product should have its original packaging and tags.
2.2. Liability for reduced value: the customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
2.3. In the case of a return of a product that is:
- damaged,
- soiled (e.g. with hair, signs of use on a walk),
- stripped of its original tags,
- or bearing other signs of use beyond ordinary trying-on,
the shop reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to the degree of lost value. Where the product is no longer fit for resale, the deduction may amount to up to 100% of the product price.
2.4. Products such as dietary supplements and food may only be returned in unopened and intact packaging (for reasons of hygiene and health protection).
2.5. The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
- products made to individual order (e.g. personalised),
- perishable products,
- supplements and food once the packaging has been opened.
3. Return procedure
3.1. After notifying us of a return, the customer should send the product back to:

3.2. The direct cost of returning the product is covered by the customer.
3.3. Please enclose a withdrawal statement or a note clearly stating the order number and contact details, which will speed up verification.
4. Refund of payment
4.1. On receiving the product, the shop verifies its condition in line with point 2.
4.2. If the product bears no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, the shop refunds the payment within 14 days.
4.3. The shop refunds the payments received, including the cost of delivery. If the customer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered by the shop, the shop does not refund the additional costs resulting from that choice - the delivery cost is refunded only up to the amount of the cheapest delivery method offered. If the order qualified for free delivery, the delivery cost was 0 PLN and is not refundable.
4.4. If a reduction in the product's value is found, the shop will inform the customer by email of the deduction amount, and the refund will be reduced by that amount.
4.5. The refund is made using the same payment method the customer used, unless agreed otherwise.
