Top Matic is a German maker of a magnetic reward system - balls that attach to a magnet worn on the handler's belt. That makes delivering a reward on the field instant: the "Fun ball" snaps onto the clip, and the handler doesn't have to dig around in a pocket. In IGP/IPO sport (a dog sport combining tracking, obedience and protection work), this setup makes the pace of work and keeping a dog's motivation much easier.
In our shop we have the full Top Matic kit you need on the field. The "Fun ball" balls on a string come in two versions - hard (classic rubber) and soft (for younger dogs or a more sensitive mouth). Alongside them are the "Power Clip" magnet holders in Maxi and Multi versions. The line is rounded out by magnetic bite tugs - thin and maxi - which use the same attachment system as the balls, so they release with the same movement.

If you're just introducing a ball as a reward on the field, start with the classic "Fun ball" in the hard or soft version - here the deciding factors are bite strength and the sensitivity of the dog's jaw.
