Shipping policy

Order once, and we'll take care of the rest. Below is everything you need to know about delivery and payment at Legion of Dogs.

Delivery - InPost

All orders ship with InPost. You have four options:

InPost courier	16.99 PLN	up to 2 working days with us + 1-2 days transport
Express parcel locker 24h	24.99 PLN	24h with us + 1-2 days transport
Express courier 24h	29.99 PLN	24h with us + 1-2 days transport

Cash on delivery isn't available - orders are paid upfront at checkout.

Lead time - how we count it

Standard orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2 working days of ordering. If a specific product page says otherwise, that's what applies. In the most demanding cases, dispatch takes up to 5 working days.

On top of that comes InPost transport: another 1-2 working days.

Express orders are dispatched within 24 hours - including weekends. InPost transport is again 1-2 working days.

Free delivery over 300 PLN

On orders over 300 PLN, standard delivery to an InPost parcel locker is free. Free delivery doesn't cover courier or express options.

Payment

You can choose from all the popular payment methods:

• Card - Visa and Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Przelewy24 - fast online transfer from your bank
• Standard bank transfer
• Klarna - instalments or deferred payment

International orders

We ship worldwide on request. If you'd like to order from outside Poland, write to us before placing the order - we'll arrange the cost and shipping method to suit your country.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an order from the moment you receive the parcel. For a return to be accepted:

• the product must be unused,
• with its original tag,
• in its original packaging.

The cost of return is covered by the buyer.
