Order once, and we'll take care of the rest. Below is everything you need to know about delivery and payment at Legion of Dogs.
Delivery in Poland - InPost
Orders delivered in Poland ship with InPost. You have four options:

Cash on delivery isn't available - orders are paid upfront at checkout.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Through our shop you can order with delivery to Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal and Slovakia. These orders travel with DPD courier straight to your door:

- Transit takes 3-6 working days from dispatch.
- The order weight is calculated at checkout from the products in your basket. Orders over 10 kg can't be placed through the shop for delivery outside Poland.
- Prong collars, prong collar links, prong collar covers and prong tip caps aren't shipped to the Netherlands or Belgium, as local law bans the use of prong collars.
- Parcels to these countries travel within the EU, so there are no customs duties or extra charges on delivery.

Lead time - how we count it
Standard orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2 working days of ordering. Personalised products (painted to order) take 3 working days longer. If a specific product page says otherwise, that's what applies. In the most demanding cases, dispatch takes up to 5 working days.
On top of that comes transport: 1-2 working days with InPost in Poland, 3-6 working days with DPD to other EU countries.
Express orders (Poland only) are dispatched within 24 hours - including weekends. InPost transport is again 1-2 working days.
Free delivery over 300 PLN (Poland)
On orders over 300 PLN delivered in Poland, standard delivery to an InPost parcel locker is free. Free delivery doesn't cover courier or express options, or delivery outside Poland.
Payment
Orders delivered in Poland can be paid with all the popular payment methods:
- BLIK
- Card - Visa and Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Przelewy24 - fast online transfer from your bank
- Standard bank transfer
- Klarna - instalments or deferred payment
Orders placed through the shop for delivery to other EU countries are paid in euro (EUR) by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices in euro include Polish VAT at 23%.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an order from the moment you receive the parcel. For a return to be accepted:
- the product must be unused,
- with its original tag,
- in its original packaging.
The cost of return is covered by the buyer.
Orders delivered outside Poland are returned to our address in Poland. Exchanges aren't available for these orders: return the product and place a new order. Full details are in our Returns policy.
