Terms of service

§1 Definitions

  1. Seller - Cybersecurity Consulting Kamila Grzybowska-Nosalik, with its registered office at Mariak 24, 63-435 Mariak, NIP: 6222846924, REGON: 524659532.

  2. Shop - the online store run by the Seller at www.legionofdogs.pl.

  3. Customer - a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality that places an Order in the Shop.

  4. Consumer - a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal act with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  5. Order - the Customer's declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying the type and number of Goods.

  6. Goods - the products presented in the Shop that are the subject of the Sales Agreement.

  7. Sales Agreement - a contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the online Shop.


§2 General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the Legion of Dogs online Shop.

  2. The Shop specialises in selling equipment for IGP canine sports and dog accessories.

  3. The Seller can be contacted via:

§3 Conditions for using the Shop

  1. Using the Shop requires:

    • a device with internet access,
    • an installed web browser that supports cookies.
  2. The Customer is obliged to use the Shop in a manner consistent with the law and good practice.


§4 Placing Orders

  1. Orders may be placed by adults with full legal capacity.

  2. Orders are accepted via the website www.legionofdogs.pl 24 hours a day.

  3. The Order procedure includes:

    • selecting Goods,
    • adding them to the basket,
    • filling in the order form,
    • choosing the delivery and payment method,
    • confirming the Order.
  4. Placing an Order is equivalent to accepting these Terms.


§5 Prices and payment methods

  1. Prices of Goods are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, with changes not applying to Orders already placed.

  3. Available payment methods:

    • bank transfer,
    • credit/debit card payment,
    • Przelewy24 online payments.

§6 Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out within Poland via courier companies or InPost parcel lockers.

  2. The Order lead time is usually from 1 to 5 working days from the payment being credited.

  3. Delivery costs are stated when placing the Order.


§7 Right to withdraw from the contract

  1. A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the Goods.

  2. To withdraw, the Consumer must inform the Seller by email or post.

  3. The Goods should be returned without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

  4. The cost of return is borne by the Consumer, unless the Seller has agreed to cover it.

  5. The Seller will refund payments within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.


§8 Complaints and warranties

  1. The Seller is liable for defects in the Goods in accordance with applicable law.

  2. Complaints can be submitted by email or post to the Seller's address.

  3. A complaint should include:

    • the Customer's details,
    • a description of the defect,
    • proof of purchase.
  4. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.


§9 Protection of personal data

  1. The administrator of personal data is the Seller.

  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling Orders and may be passed to entities responsible for delivering the Goods.

  3. The Customer has the right to access and correct their data.


§10 Final provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms for important legal or organisational reasons.

  2. The amended Terms will be made available on the Shop's website.

  3. In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies.

  4. Any disputes will be settled by the competent common courts.
