The bite sleeve is the helper's core piece of gear (the helper runs the protection exercise) - it's where a dog learns a confident, full grip in IGP/IPO protection sport. Its hardness and shape shape how the dog builds its work.
Our range carries Raddog and Euro Joe sleeves for every stage: from Junior models for young dogs, through the Easy and Combi versions for everyday training, to the full F1-T and IPO sleeves for competition. Covers run from soft jute to hard padded versions, and the full sleeves come in a left-arm version.
Matching the hardness to the dog's stage and size is key - a sleeve that's too hard early on can put a young dog off. It's also worth matching the version to whether you train recreationally or towards a trial.
