Chopo is a Czech maker that has specialised for years in one specific thing - physiological basket muzzles. Physiological means a muzzle in which the dog can freely open its mouth, drink water, pant and respond to exertion. Unlike rubber "socks" and closing muzzles, Chopo doesn't block natural functions, so it works where the muzzle stays on the dog for longer than 10 minutes - on a walk, in reactivity training, on public transport or at the vet.
Chopo's strength is models designed for a specific breed head type. A muzzle is chosen differently for a dog with an elongated snout (German Shepherd, Malamute, Belgian Shepherd), differently for breeds with a broad, square head (Rottweiler, Cane Corso, Fila Brasileiro), and differently again for a Doberman, Great Dane, Bull Terrier or Newfoundland. Chopo has a separate version for most of these types, plus a Sport line - lighter, for sport work.
