Herman Sprenger ULTRA-PLUS personalised prong collar - Bottle green

A Herman Sprenger ULTRA-PLUS prong collar in Bottle green, painted in our workshop. There are two types to choose from: a semi-slip 55 cm on 3 mm wire or a mini 41 cm on 2.25 mm wire, with no buckle or with a ClickLock buckle, and a classic fixed-circumference 58 cm on 3.2 mm wire, always with a ClickLock. Under the paint is Sprenger's original factory construction.

Painted to order

This product is made to order. Painting takes 2 working days. We paint every prong collar for a specific customer, in full, including the rings and the buckle. The shade on screen may differ slightly from the colour in real life.

Semi-slip prong collar

The centre plate spreads the pressure evenly on both sides of the dog's neck. The links are rounded, with no sharp edges. A limiting chain runs through the collar and caps how far it tightens, so the correction is precise and controlled. The version without a buckle goes on over the dog's head.

Semi-slip mini for smaller dogs

41 cm long, with 2.25 mm wire and a 3 cm link, this is the lightest ULTRA-PLUS, for medium-sized and smaller dogs. The lead clips into one of the two fixed rings by the chain.

Semi-slip with a ClickLock buckle

In this version we remove the centre plate and fit a ClickLock buckle in its place. You put the collar on and take it off without pulling it over the dog's head, and the catch is secured against opening by accident. The buckle is larger than the plate, so the circumference of the collar grows slightly.

Fixed-circumference prong collar

The collar has a fixed circumference, with no limiting chain. The links are rounded, with no sharp edges, and sit evenly around the dog's whole neck, so with correct use they give a precise cue without excessive pressure in any single spot. The ClickLock buckle closes in one movement, holds firmly under load and does not open by accident. The lead clips into the fixed ring by the buckle.

Size adjustment

You fit the circumference to the dog's neck by adding or removing links.

For on-leash training only

This prong collar is intended for on-leash work during active training. It should not be used during free running, transport or while the dog is unsupervised.

No returns or exchanges

We paint personalised products to your order, so they are not subject to return or exchange (Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). This does not affect complaints. Details are in the Returns Policy.

Coating on moving parts

The coating may wear over time where the lead clips on and wherever metal touches metal. This is a normal sign of use. Scuffs, scratches and damage caused by chewing or incorrect use are not defects either.
