The Mini Soccer Ball is the smaller version of the ball that Jolly Pets moulds from its own JollyFlex. It comes in two diameters, 7.5 and 10 cm, and is good for retrieving, throwing and chasing across the grass.
A puncture is not the end of it
There is no pressurised air inside, so the ball has nothing to lose. Even when your dog's teeth leave a hole in it, it keeps its shape and keeps bouncing. That is what sets it apart from inflated balls, which are ready for the bin after the first puncture.
Floats and bounces
The ball floats on water, so it works by the lake and in the pool. On hard ground it bounces unpredictably, which makes the chase longer and the game more valuable.
Scent matched to colour
The manufacturer scents the balls: the orange one smells of vanilla, the green one of green apple and the light blue one of blueberry. The scent helps your dog find the ball in long grass and undergrowth.
Which dog it suits
The manufacturer recommends the 10 cm diameter for dogs from 4.5 to 23 kg, and 7.5 cm for dogs up to 23 kg. Check that your dog cannot fit the whole ball in its mouth. If it can, choose the larger diameter.
Play under supervision
The ball is durable, but it is not a chew toy to leave with your dog all day. Play with it together, and after the game put it out of the dog's reach. Throw away a damaged ball.
