Raddog ring-grade ball - on a string or loop

The Raddog ring-grade ball is a motivational toy for training and sport work - a reward you throw, pull back and that your dog works with in its mouth. Raddog makes sports equipment for working dogs in the Czech Republic.

Why ring-grade material

The ball is sewn from tough ring-grade material, the same one used for bite sleeves and bite tugs - it is light, clearly visible in flight and stands up to intensive work. Medium hardness makes it easy for the dog to grip, and gives you a secure hold when tugging. It works in obedience, protection and tracking, for retrieving, the send-away and tugging.

String or loop

A string gives you a longer throw and more freedom of movement - the traditional choice for dynamic play. A loop stays on the handler's wrist, so the ball cannot get away after a throw and is to hand when you need an instant reward. In both versions the handle makes throwing and controlling the toy easier.

Size and shape

This is a round ball about 7 cm in diameter - a handy size for work on the move, easy to catch even at a run and clearly visible in flight. The smaller version from the same series has the same diameter but a cylinder shape: it does not roll after a throw and the dog takes it sideways, like a small roll.

Colour

Available in several colours. We pick the colour at random from current stock - if you would like a particular one, drop us a line after placing your order. If we have it, that is the one we will send.
