Raddog leather ball - on a string or loop

The Raddog leather ball is a motivational toy for obedience training and sport work - a reward you throw, hand over and let the dog work in its mouth. Raddog makes sporting equipment in the Czech Republic for working dogs.

Why leather

The ball is sewn from leather with a soft, suede-like texture - light and pleasant in the mouth, giving a little under the grip. It's a classic choice as a reward for a dog that holds the ball for a moment, and for calmer motivational work.

String or loop

A string gives more throwing range and freedom of handling - the traditional pick for dynamic play. A loop stays on the handler's wrist, so the ball won't get away after a throw and is right there when you need an instant reward. On both versions the handle is strong webbing 20-25 cm long.

Size

A 9 cm diameter is a comfortable size for medium and larger dogs - the ball is easy to catch, even on the move, and clearly visible in flight.
