Senior contains a combination of several joint supplements, such as glucosamine , MSM , green-lipped mussel , chondroitin and vitamin C. It also contains the amino acid L-arginine and spirulina . L-arginine increases blood flow throughout the body, and spirulina is rich in vitamins and minerals.
